Putting greens
A backyard putting green should reward clean strokes and punish mishits — just like the course. We build custom greens with premium synthetic turf, layered base systems, and contouring that mimics real-world green complexity.
From simple practice circles to multi-hole layouts with bunkers and chipping areas, every green is graded for drainage and finished with fringe turf that feels intentional.
We shape greens with foam underlayment and crushed stone to create realistic slopes, tiers, and undulations. Multiple pin positions let you change the putt without changing the green.
Stimp speeds are tuned during installation — typically 10–11 feet for residential play, faster on request.
We install nylon putting turf with consistent pile height and density. Seams are tight-stitched and cross-brushed so the ball doesn't deflect. UV-stable fibers hold color and firmness through sun and rain.
Fringe collars in longer pile define the green edge and give you a place to chip from. Bunkers and rough can be added for short-game practice.
Perforated turf backing and a compacted base allow water to drain without pooling. Perimeter channels collect runoff so the green stays playable after rain.
LED green-edge lighting and flag-pole spots extend practice into evening hours. All conduit is trenched and sleeved before turf installation.
